1. You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal right to possess adult material in your community and are not offended by adult merchandise including such things as sex toys, bondage equipment, vibrators and other adult products. By entering this website you have released and discharged the providers/owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.
2. All goods supplied by Truly Passionate remain the property of Truly Passionate until such time as they are paid for in full.
3. All goods sold through this site are sold as novelty goods. The vendor cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.
4. All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to an additional postage charge of £3.50 before being reshipped.
5. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Truly Passionate within 24 hours of the delivery date.
6. All products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed.
7. Truly Passionate cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.
8. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions that take effect on the date which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery
Returns Policy For items that are not broken and wish to be returned the following policy applies.
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Videos, DVDs and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
Delivery Policy All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All UK orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Business Post Couriers. Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 2 working days. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days. If your are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you. |
